Applying for a loan is easy, free, and only takes about 2 minutes to complete the process. Go to

, download the form, sign it, and fax it to (410) 248-2450. This makes you our customer, and we are ready to fund your deals.
After you apply for credit, begin looking for your property. When you find it, fax us a copy of the contract. If you need a proof of funds letter,
order it online.
After faxing the contract to us, go to
request an inspection. Here you can pay for the inspection by credit card, and tell us how to gain access to the property.
When the inspection is completed, we will send you a commitment letter telling you everything you need to know regarding –

Title Company Information
And other relevant facts.
