How to Apply for a loan

Applying for a loan is easy, free, and only takes about 2 minutes to complete the process. Go to apply for a loan, download the form, sign it, and email it to baltimoreinvestorsmortgage@gmail.com or fax it to (410) 248-2450. This makes you our customer, and we are ready to fund your deals.

After you apply for credit, begin looking for your property. When you find it, fax us a copy of the contract. If you need a proof of funds letter, order it online.

After faxing the contract to us, go to request an inspection. Here you can pay for the inspection by credit card, and tell us how to gain access to the property.
